Salon Etiquette

Please Confirm Your Appointments

Not confirming is not the same thing as canceling. You'll receive an automatic notification from our system a few days prior to your appointment. Please take a second to confirm, or contact us directly via text if you need to make any changes. We would love to be able to offer that space to another valued guest. The more time we have to make arrangements, the more likely we will be able to fill that space.

Personal Entertainment

Please don't forget your headphones for your personal entertainment while processing. We do have music playing in the background but if you prefer to watch your current binge, or dive into a bunch of reels, we kindly ask to do so with earbuds as to not disturb the comfort of our other valued guests.


Please avoid carrying any phone conversations on speaker phone.

Children and Additional Guests

As a small salon with limited seating available, we kindly request that the space be limited to guests with an appointment only.


We love children of all ages, but to ensure their safety and a relaxing experience for you and our other guests, we ask that your child(ren) visit us when they have an appointment.  Children with appointments are allowed one parent/guardian.

Please Arrive With Clean, Dry Hair

Even though we are going to be washing your hair for you during your service, we ask that you please come to your appointment with clean, dry hair,


A day or two is usually fine, as long as there isn't an excess of dirt oil or product build-up.

Know Your Budget And Time Restraints

Please let your stylist know if you have any questions regarding service pricing prior to your service. If you are working within a beauty budget, we would love to know so we can tailor services to meet your needs.


Timing for services can vary greatly. If you have any time restraints, please disclose them during the booking process.
