Loyalty Program

 Subject to the terms and conditions set forth below, Participants of LOYALTY PROGRAM will earn points in connection with the purchase of qualifying products and services at Mandi & Co. Salon that are redeemable towards the purchase of certain products and services.

I. Participation

1. Eligibility.

Participants are limited to individuals only and are limited to one account per individual. To enroll, you must provide your first name, last name, email address, and phone number.  

2. Points Disputes. 

If you believe that a purchase made should have resulted in the addition of Points to your Points balance, notify us immediately. We will use reasonable efforts to investigate your dispute so long as you notify us of such dispute within five (5) days of the purchase. If you do not notify us within such five (5)-day period, you will have waived your right to make a dispute with respect to that purchase.

3. Participant Cancellation.

You may cancel your participation at any time. Upon cancellation, any unused points accrued will be forfeited and cannot be redeemed. No credit or cash will be given for unused points. Points or rewards are not transferable and are not for sale, resale or barter. 

II. EARNING POINTS

1. General.

Participants can earn Points on qualifying purchases of retail and services with participating stylists only. For all Online purchases, please contact us within five (5) days of your online purchase to manually adjust points. 

2. Earning Points.

Earn 1 point for every $30 spent in a single transaction. Points can be earned on retail purchases, as well as services provided by participating salon stylists.

3. Returns.

Points earned for a purchase that is then the subject of a return or refund will be deducted from the participants’ points balance.

III. REDEEMING REWARDS

1. General.

Rewards earned by a participant may be redeemed: (i) for qualifying retail purchases, (ii) services with participating stylists. Rewards cannot be redeemed on Gift Card purchases or combined with any other promotion or offer.

2. Redeeming Rewards.

Participants can use their rewards to reduce the purchase price of a qualifying retail and/or qualifying services based on the following scale:

• 5 points = $5.00 off Qualifying Purchases
• 10 points = $10.00 off Qualifying Purchases
• 15 points = $15.00 off Qualifying Purchases

Rewards can be redeemed in store only, with participating stylists only. 

4. Gift cards.

Rewards cannot be used towards the purchase of gift cards.

7. Exclusions.

Points and Rewards accumulated by different participants may not be combined or aggregated to make purchases of products and services or for any other reason. Points earned in a transaction cannot be redeemed in the same transaction. Rewards cannot be combined with any other promotion or offer. For example, if there is a 20% off sale, the participant can choose to either use the 20% off, or apply rewards to purchase, but not both.

8. Points Expiration.

POINTS EXPIRE (12) MONTHS OF THE DATE THE POINTS WERE EARNED BY THE PARTICIPANT. 

IV. GENERAL

By participating in our LOYALTY PROGRAM, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in these rules. Mandi & Co. Salon reserves the right to cancel or modify any aspect of the Program, including, without limitation, the point conversion ratio and the point expiration policy at any time. Any changes can be made without advance notice. Mandi & Co. Salon may make these changes even though such changes may affect the participant’s ability to use points already accumulated. You are responsible for remaining knowledgeable about the Program Terms and Conditions. A participant's points balance, as reflected in Mandi & Co. Salon's records, shall be deemed correct. Mandi & Co. Salon reserves the right to determine the amount of points in any Member's account based on Mandi & Co. Salon's internal records related to such participant's account. Mandi & Co. Salon assumes no responsibility for errors caused by incorrect participant information. The sale of points is prohibited and may result in the cancellation of your points as well as the termination of your participation, which in each case shall be final and conclusive. Mandi & Co. Salon may revoke any participant’s points and rewards at any time. Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The interpretation and application of the Program's Terms and Conditions are at the sole discretion and determination of Mandi & Co. Salon.
