A non-refundable deposit will be required to hold your appointment. If for any reason your appointment needs to be rescheduled, please give the salon a minimum 48 hours notice to have your deposit rolled over to your rescheduled appointment. There are no refunds of deposits due to any canceled appointments. To reschedule, please contact us directly via text to 562-912-1824.
*If you are using our online booking platform, a credit card is required to reserve your appointment. Any cancelations will result in a cancelation charge. Additionally, any rescheduled appointments made less than 48 hours prior to your appointment will result in a cancelation charge.
$25 for Service Appointments (under 1 hour service times)
$50 for Service Appointments (1-3 hr service times)
$100 for Extended Service (3+ hr service times)
Our grace period for late arrivals is 15 minutes. If you are running more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, the appointment will be subject to cancelation. A new deposit will be required to reschedule. Please call if you are running late.
After 2 consecutively canceled or rescheduled appointments, we cannot guarantee fulfillment of any future bookings.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to our high demand and limited capacity, we can only hold appointments for 24 hours. Please pay the deposit by the noted due date or your appointment will automatically fall off our books. If you have any questions, please contact us as soon as possible.
Due to the time and materials that go into your custom service, we do not offer service refunds. However, we are more than happy to make adjustments to any technical errors.
Examples of technical errors are: Bleed Marks, Unblended Highlights , Uneven Cut, Tone Correction.
If you feel that there was a technical error with your service, please reach out to us within 72 hours of your appointment and we will happily get you in to make the needed adjustments. Any adjustment requests after 72 hours will not be accommodated. Any adjustment would need to be scheduled no later than 7 days after notifying the salon and needs to be with the original stylist.
Any orders placed online or in-store are valid for exchange or store credit within 5 days from the purchase date. All items must be in reasonably used condition.
All returns made by mail must be paid at the customer’s expense. We accept in-store returns with a valid receipt present. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Hair accessories, hair brushes, and sale items are all final sale.
Because color/lightening, and chemical services can have varying results on each client, it is extremely important that you make your stylist aware of your hair history for the past 5-7 years, as well as any relevant medical conditions such as pregnancy or allergies.
All prices listed on our website or given in the form of a quote, whether in person or during the booking process, are starting prices. Prices may increase during the service appointment depending on the amount of hair you have and the amount of product needed to achieve your desired result. If you have any price concerns, please address them with your stylist prior to your service.
For color/lightening services, please understand that multiple services may be required to achieve your desired result. Your stylist will only lighten your hair as much as your hair will safely allow in one service. If you desire a lighter color, you have the option to rebook for you next session with the next sessions appointment costs. Additionally, going back to a darker color might require multiple services to refill the hair with pigment.
At Home Care:
You should be aware that multiple color/lightening services strip the hair of its natural protein, so your hair may feel dry or brittle. Though your stylist will do their best to maintain the health of your hair during services, it is your responsibility to maintain the health of your hair at home with the use of professional products, conditioning treatments, and regular trims.
Some Recommendations On What To Wear:
•Avoid turtlenecks and bulky sweaters that cant be removed for your service.
•Leave the expensive earrings at home. Remove dangling earrings prior to your service.
•For longer appointments, wear comfortable clothes.
Keep in mind, as much as we try to avoid getting color in places it shouldn't, accidents can happen. Best to wear clothes that you wouldn't mind getting a stain. We are not responsible for any damaged or lost items in the salon.
