As we do not have a front desk representative available, it is very difficult for a stylist to answer the phone for bookings while working behind the chair. Not only is it difficult to step away, we have found it much more efficient to have all the information necessary prior to booking.
If you do wish to speak to a stylist, please leave a detailed voicemail or simply send us a text. We will call or respond as soon as possible.
Please note: Our business hours are from Tuesday-Saturday. If you have tried to contact us outside of our business hours, we will reach out to you as soon as we are back in the salon.

All of our stylists are amazing, and talented. You really can't go wrong with whoever you see.
But, each of us can offer you something slightly different. Our best suggestion, is to take a look at our Instagram and see which hair photos you are gravitating to. All of our photos will give credit to the artist. Whichever one you find yourself gravitating towards, is the one we suggest!
Also, we do have a short bio of each stylist on our 'Meet The Team' page. That can help you out greatly as well!
We apologize for the delay. As stylists, we are usually working with our hands so it is hard to respond as quickly as some would like. Please allow 1-2 days for a response. If you haven't heard back, please feel free to reach out again with a gentle nudge.
We do politely ask that you message us during business hours. While we absolutely LOVE what we do, we do need time to be home with our families. If you do send us a text/DM past business hours, or on a day off, we will get back to you as soon as we are able.
As a small salon, with limited availability, we do require a non-refundable deposit to hold your appointment. This ensures that our calendar is available to those who are serious about booking. Your deposit will go towards your service unless canceled, or rescheduled less than 48 hours prior to your appointment.
Guests who book online will be required to leave a credit card for their reservation. Any cancelations will result in a cancelation charge.

As a small salon with limited availability, it is rare for us to be available for walk-ins. If you do happen to walk-in and a stylist is available, great! But to ensure that there will be a stylist available, we do recommend scheduling an appointment.
As for same-day appointment requests. We do tend to book up rather quickly, but if there happens to be an opening available we are happy to let you know!
Unfortunately, the answer is most likely no. As the timing for both services varies greatly, it might interfere with our other appointments. Definitely talk to your stylist about what options are available. we simply might have to reschedule your appointment to another day.
If you requested a certain service when booking, but changed your mind and want something else, please contact us prior to your appointment date.
Our grace period for late arrivals is 15 min. If you are running more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, the appointment will be subject to cancelation. Please text the salon at 562-912-1824 to let us know if you are running late.

If you'd like a more accurate price quote, feel free to text photos of your hair to 562-912-1824. Include photos of your hair currently, as well as photos of your hair goal. When sending photos of your hair, please have someone assist you so we can see your all of your hair in the photo. Please take the photo in natural, in-direct light (next to a window is the best location).
There are many factors that determine the price of your service. The amount of hair you have, the amount of product needed, and the difficulty of the service provided all contribute to the pricing of your service.
Also, as costs increase for product and supplies, there might be adjustments made to our menu pricing. We reflect these changes to our 'Services' page as soon as they occur.

Tipping your stylist is never required, but if your service meets or exceeds your expectations it is definitely appreciated!
Even though we are going to be washing your hair for you during your service, we ask that you please come to your appointment with clean, dry hair.
One day dirty hair is usually fine, as long as there isn't an excess of dirt and oil or product build-up.

Your stylist will do a consult with you prior to your service. Here they will go over your hair goals and realistic expectations to have for your appointment. Your stylist will then let you know what to expect during your service. Depending on the service, your appointment can be anywhere from 2 to 5 hours.
We recommend eating prior to your arrival, however if you do get hungry during your service we highly encourage you to order food to be delivered.
Due to the time and materials that go into your custom service, we do not offer service refunds.
However, we are more than happy to make adjustments to technical errors. Examples of errors are: Bleed marks, Unblended Highlights, Uneven cut, Tone Correction.
If you feel that there was a technical error with your service, please reach out to us within 72 hours of your appointment and we will happily get you in to make the needed adjustments. Any adjustment requests after 72 hours will not be accommodated. Any adjustment would need to be scheduled no later than 7 days after notifying the salon and needs to be with the original stylist.
Our stylists carry a variety of color lines in their lockers. We believe that color is not a one-size-fits-all deal. Over the years, we have found the best products suited for our diverse clientele.
We can assure you however, that we only use the highest quality products as the health of your hair is our top priority.
Your stylist will educate you on the proper care during your appointment. We do recommend leaving some room in your beauty budget for your take-home care. This will ensure that your hair investment is protected with the highest quality products recommended specifically for you by your stylist.
We love children of all ages, but to ensure their safety and a relaxing experience for you and our other guests, we ask that your children visit us when they have an appointment.
All of our stylists are licensed by the California State Board of Barbering and Cosmetology, working in a licensed establishment.
Not only are we licensed, we are all committed to updating our education with the latest industry trends.
LA County no longer requires masks to be worn indoors, regardless of vaccination status. If you would still like to wear one, and would prefer us to wear one as well, just let us know! All of our staff is fully vaccinated for better piece of mind.
